All credit card charges on this site are subscription-based. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription after subscribing, you can unsubscribe at any time.
You can find the unsubscribe button in the following two places:
  • 1. After subscribing, you can see the button that originally said "Subscribe" on the creator's channel now says "Subscribed". Hovering over it will show "Unsubscribe", and clicking it will allow you to unsubscribe.
  • 2. Click on the avatar in the top right corner to bring up a menu. Inside the menu, you can find the "Subscribed Items" option. Upon entering that page, you can see the unsubscribe button and your current subscription status.
  1. If the video cannot be played, please first check your operating system and browser. Currently, the video can be played normally on the following devices:
    • Desktop Chrome browser, including both Windows and Mac systems, can play normally.
    • If you find that you can't play on a Mac desktop, please use the Safari browser to play and watch.
    • On iOS phones, using the built-in Safari browser, you can play normally.
    • On Android phones, please download and install FireFox Browserfrom Google Play. Videos can be played normally on the FireFox browser.
This is usually an issue with the file, but we're not sure of the exact cause yet.
You can try the following two solutions:
1. Edit the video slightly on your phone, for instance, trim off 1 second and save it as a new clip. Re-upload this newly saved video file, and it should work.
2. Use Meitu Xiuxiu, select the video editing feature. Once in the editing screen, there will be a ... icon in the top right corner. Clicking on it will show options to adjust "Resolution" and "Frame Rate (FPS)". Please set the resolution to 720P or 1080P and set the frame rate to 25. Save it as a new clip and re-upload this newly saved video file, and it should work.

You can publish and organize your creations through FansOne, interact closely with your supporters, and manage those fans who truly support you more conveniently. Additionally, with the creator's consent, we'll occasionally help promote the creator's work, aiming to boost their income.
Every time your supporters purchase your creations, FansOne charges a fixed % as a service fee
  • The lowest creator service fee globally, enjoy as low as 5.5% ultra-low service fee
    After deducting the 3% credit card processing fee, FansOne only charges a 5.5% ~ 9% ultra-low service fee, and as your level increases and you complete tasks, the lowest service fee is only 5.5%!

  • Task 1, "Basic Link Placement" task:
    Place your link in your social media profile, take a screenshot and apply, pass the verification, and immediately get a 0.5% service fee reduction. After verification, you'll see a checkmark icon next to your nickname on your FansOne profile
  • Task 2, "Priority Link Placement" task:
    This means placing your link at the front of your social media profile(self-introduction), and your profile can only contain links to OnlyFans/Fansly/JustForFans/Swag among similar services. Other links to services similar to FansOne cannot be placed in your profile. Take a screenshot, apply via email, and upon verification, you'll immediately receive another 0.5% service fee reduction. After verification, you'll see a checkmark icon next to your nickname on your FansOne profile
  • Additionally, based on your membership level, the service fee will gradually decrease. For levels, please refer to Creator Levels and Service Fee Discounts below
  • Lowest creator service fee globally:
    If you place the FansOne link on social media with priority placement, and reach level 6, the service fee is only 9% - 0.5% - 0.5% - 2.5% = 5.5%, which is incredibly generous! This means the creator's actual maximum earnings are 100% - 5.5% - 3%(payment processing fee) = 91.5%
Our special offers are designed for creators who are serious about their work, aiming to maintain fairness in our system.
So, if we notice that a creator's account remains inactive for more than 14 days after activation,
We'll revert their privileges back to those of a regular user and adjust the discounted rate back to the system's standard rate.
If the creator wishes to use FansOne services again, they'll need to reapply.
Creator levels are determined based on the number of subscribers to your channel.

For those who joined us early on and already enjoy a super low fee (below 8% of FansOne's standard fee), only the level will be adjusted upon upgrading; the fee remains unchanged.
  1. Creators can request a withdrawal from the revenue dashboard. The payment will be completed on the 12th day after the withdrawal request. For instance, if you request on 10/10, the day of the request doesn't count as a working day. So, starting from 10/11 and adding 12 days, the payment will be completed before 23:59:59 on 10/23.If it falls on a holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day.

  2. Why wait 12 days after withdrawal?

    For general payment methods, you have to wait 12 days after withdrawal. However, compared to other international platforms, our payment time isn't longer.
    Because on other platforms, the amount doesn't go directly to the creator's account after a purchase. It waits for a while before it can be withdrawn. So, in actuality, from the time a consumer pays to when you receive the payment, our process isn't longer.


Creators can use the editing feature to freely adjust the viewing permissions of their posts.
Therefore, on the FansOne profile, you can leave a notice explaining to subscribers that subscription content will be modified to paid content after a certain period, like a month.
This way, new subscribers can only see posts from the past month. If they want to view older posts, they'll have to pay to unlock them.
So, the earlier you subscribe, the more posts you can see.

The recommendation for the "Featured Creators" section is based on a fixed formula and parameters to calculate the recommendation score. To prevent potential exploitation, we cannot disclose the actual parameters. However, as long as creators are genuinely producing content and have a complete profile (including menus and tags), they have a higher chance of being featured. Please ensure that there's no spamming in terms of content, tags, or menus. If found, we will permanently deduct recommendation points.
Whether a creator increases or decreases the subscription price, it won't affect the subscribers who have already subscribed. It will only affect new subscribers. Therefore, those who have already subscribed and haven't canceled will continue to subscribe at the original price. So, if you notice a creator offering a discount, remember to subscribe quickly!
After adding a user to the blacklist, (1) the user will immediately be unable to comment on your posts, and (2) within a maximum of 24 hours, they won't be able to send you messages. We recommend that creators warn their supporters before blocking them. Supporters are also advised to comment politely and avoid online verbal abuse.
The latest post list in the site-wide activity will only display posts from a fixed period, which varies by category. Posts must be public or have a preview image set.
Currently, to maintain the quality of content in the site-wide activity:
  1. If the cover image quality of a creator's post is poor, it will be temporarily removed from the site-wide activity. Once the quality of the creator's content improves, they can reapply by emailing customer service.
  2. Please do not use the same cover image repeatedly. The cover image should appropriately represent your current work. Repeated use of the same cover (preview) image will result in temporary removal from the site-wide activity. Once the quality improves, you can reapply by emailing customer service.
  3. Creators who haven't posted content for over 2 weeks will be temporarily removed from site-wide activity.
  4. If illegal content (nudity) is found, the first violation will result in a warning and the post will be hidden from site-wide activity for 10 days. The second violation will result in a warning and the post will be hidden for 30 days. The third violation will result in account closure without warning. If an account is closed due to violations, remaining funds cannot be withdrawn. After deducting necessary fees, the amount will be refunded to the user.
  5. Currently, we assume everyone will follow the guidelines. If the situation deteriorates, we will switch to an application system, where only approved applications will be displayed in site-wide activity.
The term "China Payment Methods" currently refers to payment services exclusive to China, including UnionPay and Alipay.
  1. UnionPay
    • Due to the higher transaction fees between the payment gateway and UnionPay in China, an additional 10% will be added to the UnionPay transaction fee. This means that if you currently see a transaction fee of 17% in the creator's backend, the fee for UnionPay will be calculated as 27%.
  2. Alipay & Wechat
    • Due to the higher transaction fees Alipay & Wechat charges in collaboration with the payment gateway, an additional 15% will be added to the Alipay & Wechat transaction fee. This means that if you currently see a transaction fee of 17% in the creator's backend, the fee for Alipay & Wechat will be calculated as 32%.

Therefore, only creators can refer other creators. And this bonus is for a lifetime. Yes, you read that right! You can claim it for life.

Detailed rules are as follows:
  1. Referrers can enjoy a lifetime referral bonus.
  2. Only approved creators are eligible for related earnings.
  3. The referral bonus is an additional allocation from us. When the creator you referred successfully sells their videos and photos, for each transaction, we will allocate an additional 1% as your referral bonus.
    • Example:
      Each time the creator you referred sells products worth 10,000 TWD, you can earn a 100 TWD bonus. This 100 TWD is an additional referral bonus from us and will not be deducted from the creator you referred.
  4. This additional 1% is valid for life, but you must be our creator and continue to create content. The system will automatically determine if there's no creation for more than 14 days, the bonus calculation will be paused. It will resume once you post again.
  5. Referral bonuses less than TWD $1 will not be counted. This means the sold product must be at least TWD $100.
    • Calculation:
      TWD $100 x 1% = TWD $1. So, the sold product must be at least 100 TWD for the 1% referral bonus to be greater than or equal to TWD $1.
  6. On the earnings report page, you can:
    • View your referral code, which is a string of 8-10 numbers. Provide this code to the creators you refer, and ask them to enter it during their application.
    • View your current bonus earnings.
    • Check the creators you referred and their current approval status.
After October 27, 2022, if a creator deletes a post, but you are a user who has previously unlocked it with a one-time payment, the unlocked content will be permanently retained in your Purchased Items. You can revisit and view the unlocked videos and pictures at any time. These cherished moments won't fade with the passage of time. In other words, after a creator deletes a post, if you haven't purchased that particular post, you will forever miss the opportunity to see it.
